Our Brushes
We can produce wafer brushes in three materials: PP plastic filament, corrugated steel wire, and a mixture of both.
There are three shapes of wafer brushes: flat, curved/wavy/convoluted/cambered, and sloped.
Below are all our existing mold sizes. These numbers represent the inner diameter (in mm) of the wafer brushes we can produce:

The most common use of the wafer brush is to sweep up debris, gravel, small stones, and sand during road construction; to sweep up asphalt and cement debris during road repair; to sweep up coal slag, coal slime, and coal blocks at coal mine construction sites; and to sweep up large areas of snow on the road surface in cold winter.
